1 移峰填谷策略 日内灵活调节：企业根据电价波动，在**之内巧妙调整生产流程，避开电价高峰时段，转而在电价平谷期加大生产力度，优化成本控制。 周内产能均衡：企业适当转移工作日尖高峰时期的部分生产任务至周末低谷时期，在实现周内产能均衡的同时，有效降低平均用电成本。 年度生产计划优化：企业结合季节性电价变化，科学调整年度生产计划，将部分夏冬季的生产任务转移至春秋季节，降低运营成本。 2 参与需求响应策略 企业根据自身用电情况接受政府及电力部门邀约，在特定时段主动调减（或增加）用电负荷，实现削峰填谷，缓解电力供需矛盾。参与成功的企业可按照电力需求响应实施方案，领取相应的补贴。
