4月29日，交通运输部召开2024年4月例行新闻发布会。交通运输部公路局副局长郭胜会上表示，交通运输部加快推进公路沿线充电基础设施体系建设，截至目前，累计已建成充电桩2.36万个。
随着服务区充电设施的不断完善，电动汽车车主上高速、跑长途的“补能焦虑”正在逐步缓解。
今年，交通运输部将继续指导各地在完成年度工作部署的基础上加快充电设施建设，优化布局、加密设置，不断满足电动汽车公路出行充电需求。此外，针对提升重大节假日高速公路充电基础设施服务保障水平，交通运输部近日会同国家能源局印发通知，重点部署了增加充电设施总量、加强繁忙区域充电供给以及完善充电保障预案的工作。
增加充电设施总量
交通运输部将加快推动服务区充电设施建设，进一步提高服务区充电设施覆盖率、充电车位占比。加强对故障率高、技术落后、存在安全隐患等问题的充电设施，以及功率较低的老旧设施和慢充设施的升级改造。
加强繁忙区域充电供给
交通运输部将指导各地定期研判梳理充电繁忙服务区清单，通过建设大功率充电设施、合理配备移动充电设施、加强服务区充电排队疏导等一系列措施，进一步缓解节假日期间服务区充电排队情况。对于即将即将到假期，郭胜表示预计今年"五一"充电需求较大的公路服务区主要集中在京津冀、长三角、珠三角等周边区域路网；服务区充电高峰时段主要集中在每天的11时至18时。
完善充电保障预案
交通运输部将及时通过“e路畅通”小程序，目前“e路畅通”小程序已接入高德、百度地图，用户登录这个小程序之后，通过“充电桩随手查”模块，就能快速查询全国高速公路充电设施位置、实时状态、充电模式等信息。同时，交通运输部也通过高速公路电子可变情报板等发布充电设施实时状态信息，进一步完善高速公路充电保障应急预案，全力保障重大节假日新能源汽车安全、便捷出行。
